Yoga'd up has grown from the success of YogaBugs, who have been teaching classes and training teachers since 1997. The idea was created at The Art of Health and Yoga Centre in SW London and the combination of interest locally and from the press nationally led to the growth of a teacher training course.

Parents, teachers and the children themselves have all witnessed and benefited from yoga and it is their enthusiasm that has led to the launch of Yoga'd up.
